A Caesar Holiday
The self-titled debut album from A Caesar Holiday presents an honest and inspired interpretation of rock and avant-garde. This mostly instrumental album combines the musicianship of violinist Lauren Eison, guitarists Benjamin Masbaum and Shawn Woolfolk, bassist Daniel Sansone, and drummer Zach Petersen. Through their collective inspiration A Caesar Holiday puts experimental rock in touch with the power of instrumental and vocal harmony. Sensual violin ambiance melts with dynamic guitar texture, delineating into a framework of melodic bass modes and minimalist drum patterns. The apex of the album rests on Eison’s sultry voice, which compels the listener to conjure comparisons to the tones of early R&B and soul. The album holds six epic tracks whose orchestration defies conventional song structure. Individual songs project multitudes of changing moods and spectrums of sound, while the album as a whole flows together as one cohesive idea. Artistically solid, this album promises to exceed the expectations of the average listener. Perfect for rock purists, jazz fans, and indie-rockers alike.

Norman Oak
You have probably heard many wild stories about sorcerer-musician Normanoak and his shadow self Poisonoak. All of these fairy tales are both true and false. Currently Normanoak lives alone in a carraige house in Bloomington, IN where he is recording new songs and playing a few regional shows, writing and performing children's music, working with kindergarten and pre-school kids, teaching guitar lessons, rambling through the forests of southern Indiana, identifying mushrooms, painting in black ink, growing herbs and vegetables, riding the bicycle, and learning about the witch trials in 16th century Europe...
Abner Trio
"There is nothing more annoying in music today than hearing an up-and-coming band described only in terms of what city they're from. "This is New York PUNK at its finest!" or "The DEFINITIVE freak-folk band of Austin". Perhaps there are sounds you can imagine hearing from these cities, but truly such descriptions mean nothing if you do not reside in such metropolitan hotspots. True, spirited music, especially rock 'n roll, has no boundaries.
And this is where Abner Trio comes in. This is no typical Pavement or Sonic Youth rip-off; no key-changing math-punk or over-wrought crooning post-rock, though one could arguably hear all these elements and far, far more interwoven within their style. They are not simply of-their-city. But enough hyphens. The genuine wit of Daniel Paquette, the sharp and experimental guitar playing of Clinton Hughey, and perhaps the only jazz-metal drummer to have ever lived, Karl Hofstetter, muse together for this project to put forth only...themselves! Yet this is still highly achieved stuff. This is a band with a BIG sound, simply put. This is guitardrumandbass music that far out reaches the limits of such a banal term.
When you hear them, there are no comparisons; there is no question that you are in fact listening to a group for any age, to remember and to just plain rock out: The Abner Trio."

Imaginary Friends
We are siblings and a brother from another mother that make strange sounds and such.
America Owns the Moon
We started playing together as America Owns The Moon at the Lexington House (RIP) in Fountain Square in the summer of the year 2000. We were recording one of Taylor's songs called, Let's Pretend We're Retarded. Brad Palmer was at the helm. We decided to become a band based on that recording and on the pretext that if it ever started 'to suck' we would quit.
We played together for a year before playing shows.

Artist Information
Biography
Our influences include the likes of Bolt Thrower, Cassius, Blackstrobe, Justice, the Bloody Beetroots, Diplo, the Toxic Avenger, Felix Cartal, Rage Against the Machine, Wu-Tang, King Khan and the Shrines, Ministry, the Walkmen, and Led Zeppelin. Keep in mind that this is only the tip of the iceberg. LADUKE draws influence from all angles. Every sense leads to a new movement in the music of LADUKE.
What sets LADUKE apart from the rest of the electronic/dance outfits based out of Indianapolis? Two things. First, LADUKe comes equipped with a full media detail. For every show, we bring at least three professional journalists and eventually publish the material from the show (i.e. every artist and explosion) through Indie Volumes Magazine. Second, LADUKE always packs a surprise! Both of these traits are quite unique and make LADUKE a force to be reckoned with in the Indianapolis music scene.
Briefly, LaDUKE began 4 years ago when "BOY" was asked by one of the local Junkie Elite to open for them in East Lansing, Michigan. It was small venue, about 150 capacity, and hot. I mean hot! Over 90 degrees outside and clearly over 100 inside with no A/C and only a handful of breeze. No matter, the show went on, and LaDukE murdered their set! People went completely mental! And with the charge of this show, LADuKE began playing house shows, small venues, college tours, and fashion-related events under such names as "STAYBA" and "BOYS ON CRITTERS". Later, about 2 years to be exact, "BOY" met "GIRL" at a mutual friends condo well into the Chicago pre-dawn, who eventually added the fresh set of crystals and raw talent to LADUKE; critical missing elements. Today, LADUKE spends a great deal of time opening for local bands in Indianapolis and surrounding areas leaving a trail of worn-out shoes and broken hearts behind them. In the future, LADUKE hopes to continue playing shows locally and eventually get back onto the road in the Summer of 2009. At current, LADUKE is open to ideas in the Midwest and beyond...
